Eye Has Not Seen

Eye Has Not Seen

1 Corinthians 2:9 “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man
the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” (NKJV)

What would happen if you stopped and took notice of the things God has prepared for you in the past as well as the future? We are not a complicated creation to Him, but we are very complicated to us. He created us and the plans He has for us are geared to our character which He created. Let’s face it folks, we are the ones who mess things up.

Let’s stop, sit down with the Word of God, and thank Him first, then open that conversation with Him. He waits for that interchange. We stop the conversation with Him with an AMEN!!! I challenge us to open God’s Word and begin our prayers. He knows your heart in advance. Ask God to put it together for you so you can be better prepared for what He has planned. His preparation is His Word, the Bible. I know some folks who did this and they became so overwhelmed at God moving through the Holy Spirit that they became emotional. That’s okay! I have been through a lot and sometimes when I use this method it too overwhelms me. I simply cannot believe the depth of love that He has for me.

Yes, we can regret the past and ask forgiveness from God not only for our actions, but our intentions as well. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (NKJV) Let’s ask Him to purify our hearts and start clean today. Grab a memory verse from your past. You can start with the 23rd Psalm but go slowly and one verse at a time.

Key Thought: A whole new outlook is where many of us need to start. But, God, what about my past poor decisions. 1 John 1:9 and move forward! And YES! It is that easy! God does not make it hard. We are the ones that make it complicated.

Prayer: Dear Father in Heaven, open my heart and mind to Your presence that I may take today’s challenge before me that I can start anew, with Your plan from Your Word, In Jesus’ name I pray! AMEN!!!!

Have a Wonderfully Blessed Day!!!

In Christ,
