Thirst and Hunger Satisfied.

John 6: 35 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life.  He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.”  (NIV)

Good Day Men!

Today, for us we have the bread of life if we have accepted Christ as our Savior.  He is the living water.  In Him we will thirst no more.  We see in the Old Testament that God literally provided food in the form of manna from Heaven to feed His people during the exodus from Egypt.  Be patient!  God WILL provide.  He is the answer.  If you have a need, give it to God.  I have seen many people in desperate situations call out to God and experience His great grace.  Yes, He is the great provider.  David said it all in the first verse of the 23rd Psalm. “The Lord is my Shepherd……. “

Trust in God!  He WILL answer!

Prayer:  Dear Father in Heaven, Your are the bread of life.  You are the living water.  I shall thirst no more for the things this world has to offer.  The answer to my needs rests in you alone.

May God richly bless us as we continue seek His will, and His way, through His Word.

  Promise Keepers 1993-2024-2 The attendance of that conference in Indianapolis Indiana at the Hosier Dome was a little over 70,000. Many conferences over the next several years averaged between 60,000 and 70,000. Several conferences were held throughout the year, mostly from early summer into mid-fall. Proverbs 4: 1   Hear O sons, the instruction of a father, And give attention that you may gain understanding, (NASB) As I look at this verse for the day I see the seriousness of our responsibilities as fathers to our children. Just as we are to look to our heavenly Father for His wisdom applied to our lives through His Word, our children look to us so that they too, in life, will  gain understanding .  How prepared are we as dads to reveal to our children the truths of life as revealed in the Bible. The first thing they see is our walk. We can say all we want, but unless our walk reflects what we say, our children will not take what we say seriously. At times they will test us and push us to the limit. We MUST stick to our convictions.
