Our Trust in Jesus' Name....

Mark 13: 31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. (KJV)

All through every trial and tribulation that we may pass through, we can count on the fact that this verse states that His words will stand the test of time.  His words will never pass away.  For everything, that we go through there is a corresponding verse that will directly relate to our need.  Christ didn’t say that He would be there for us sometimes, He didn’t say that He would help only when the moment was right and He wasn’t too busy, He didn’t tell us to take number, and He didn’t put us off. Matt. 28: 20….”And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”  (NLT), Clearly states that He will never leave us period, FOREVER.  Therefore, that tells me that He will never leave us AT ALL.   So let us accept this great promise that He is dependable, and can be relied upon in and for ALL things.  He will guide us if we let Him.  He will not take the Helm of this ship unless we give it to Him.  We can trust Him for it beginning today.

Prayer:  Dear Lord Jesus, Help me to always rest in the sureness of Your love and grace for me.  May I not only include You in my plans, but always make You my plan relying on Your promises found in Your Holy Word that I may follow You more closely each and every day.  In Jesus' name I pray, AMEN!

May God richly bless us as we continue to seek His will and His way, through His Word.

  Promise Keepers 1993-2024-2 The attendance of that conference in Indianapolis Indiana at the Hosier Dome was a little over 70,000. Many conferences over the next several years averaged between 60,000 and 70,000. Several conferences were held throughout the year, mostly from early summer into mid-fall. Proverbs 4: 1   Hear O sons, the instruction of a father, And give attention that you may gain understanding, (NASB) As I look at this verse for the day I see the seriousness of our responsibilities as fathers to our children. Just as we are to look to our heavenly Father for His wisdom applied to our lives through His Word, our children look to us so that they too, in life, will  gain understanding .  How prepared are we as dads to reveal to our children the truths of life as revealed in the Bible. The first thing they see is our walk. We can say all we want, but unless our walk reflects what we say, our children will not take what we say seriously. At times they will test us and push us to the limit. We MUST stick to our convictions.
