Colossians 3: 10 and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him  (NASB)

Good Day Men!

Sometimes we need to be reminded of our primary focus in our life as believers.  As maturing believers, sometimes we need to look back at what we have obtained over time.  Are we being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him?  This occurs every time we open God’s Word whether we actively recognize it or not.  We need to be aware of the knowledge that is offered to us in the Bible.  There is purpose behind this book.  As new believers we need to realize the experience that awaits us each time we open God’s Word.  He pours out knowledge and wisdom.  He answers our calls to him in prayer.  He is there and waiting for us to come to Him in ALL things.  What we consider too menial to ask his guidance and direction in, is the very thing he tests us with to see if we will involve him in every facet of our lives.  Let’s face it.  We DO need God in every area of our lives.  Call on Him today.

Ask God today to express himself through his word that we may obtain true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him.

May God richly bless us as we continue to seek His will and His way through His Word.

  Promise Keepers 1993-2024-2 The attendance of that conference in Indianapolis Indiana at the Hosier Dome was a little over 70,000. Many conferences over the next several years averaged between 60,000 and 70,000. Several conferences were held throughout the year, mostly from early summer into mid-fall. Proverbs 4: 1   Hear O sons, the instruction of a father, And give attention that you may gain understanding, (NASB) As I look at this verse for the day I see the seriousness of our responsibilities as fathers to our children. Just as we are to look to our heavenly Father for His wisdom applied to our lives through His Word, our children look to us so that they too, in life, will  gain understanding .  How prepared are we as dads to reveal to our children the truths of life as revealed in the Bible. The first thing they see is our walk. We can say all we want, but unless our walk reflects what we say, our children will not take what we say seriously. At times they will test us and push us to the limit. We MUST stick to our convictions.
