Renewal of the Mind (Part 2 of 3)

Ephesians 4: 24 and put on the new self, which in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.  (NASB)

Good Day Men!
God refuses to reside with the old self and unrepentant sinful nature.  God hates sin but loves the sinner.  He made a way for us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds through Christ Jesus.  He knows what is best for us and makes everything He has for us personally available through the Holy Spirit guiding us in all things.  It’s up to us to receive all He has for us that we may experience the wonderful transforming power of the Holy Spirit which we received when we said yes to God.  Even through trials and tribulations He is there wanting for us to call upon Him for strength and courage to change us and aid us in our time of need at the same time showing us His wonderful grace.
How awesome is this God?  Allow Him to change you into His man and watch Him give you the desire to seek Him more.

Prayer:  Dear Jesus, Show us your heart and give us a deep yearning to become your man that we may experience your absolute fullness of life and the desire to know you more at your level not mine…..

 May God richly bless us as we continue seek His will, and His way, through His Word.

  Promise Keepers 1993-2024-2 The attendance of that conference in Indianapolis Indiana at the Hosier Dome was a little over 70,000. Many conferences over the next several years averaged between 60,000 and 70,000. Several conferences were held throughout the year, mostly from early summer into mid-fall. Proverbs 4: 1   Hear O sons, the instruction of a father, And give attention that you may gain understanding, (NASB) As I look at this verse for the day I see the seriousness of our responsibilities as fathers to our children. Just as we are to look to our heavenly Father for His wisdom applied to our lives through His Word, our children look to us so that they too, in life, will  gain understanding .  How prepared are we as dads to reveal to our children the truths of life as revealed in the Bible. The first thing they see is our walk. We can say all we want, but unless our walk reflects what we say, our children will not take what we say seriously. At times they will test us and push us to the limit. We MUST stick to our convictions.
