Face Today With Power and Strength

Good Day Men!

Deuteronomy 31: 6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.  (NKJV)

This seems to be the classic charge for those who are getting ready to face the challenges of every day.  You may know what lies ahead of you and you may not.  But, one thing for sure.  You can rest in the assurance that Moses gave to Joshua prior to his death, and Moses said this with confidence.  Moses too, had experienced this same strength and courage in his own life and he not only passes it on to Joshua, but he passes it on to us on this day and in this time.  We can face today and whatever lies ahead with our confidence in God that He will not only provide but that He will also show us the way…….His way.

Follow Him today and watch the wonderful outcome God has for you.

Prayer:  Dear Father in Heaven, show me Your strength and guide me through what lies ahead this day, and may I face this day and its events and activities with Godly confidence and strength trusting You for the outcome.   In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

May God richly bless us as we continue to seek His will, and His way, through His Word.

  Promise Keepers 1993-2024-2 The attendance of that conference in Indianapolis Indiana at the Hosier Dome was a little over 70,000. Many conferences over the next several years averaged between 60,000 and 70,000. Several conferences were held throughout the year, mostly from early summer into mid-fall. Some conferences were held in open stadiums and others held in enclosed arenas. One was even held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, North Carolina. Proverbs 4: 1   Hear O sons, the instruction of a father, And give attention that you may gain understanding, (NASB) As I look at this verse for the day I see the seriousness of our responsibilities as fathers to our children. Just as we are to look to our heavenly Father for His wisdom applied to our lives through His Word, our children look to us so that they too, in life, will  gain understanding .  How prepared are we as dads to reveal to our children the truths of life as revealed in the Bible. The first thing they see is our walk. We can say all we want, but unless our walk reflects what we say, our children will not take what we say seriously. At times they will test us and push us to the limit. We MUST stick to our convictions.
