They Shall Run…..(Part 4 of 5)

Isaiah 40: 31 But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.  (NKJV)

This part of the key verse has always given me hope.  As a believer, my hope is in Christ.  I know that when God calls me to task and there is a certain something He wants me to do and it will always be for my benefit as well as the benefit of the intended outcome.  It may be a time of extended testimony and witness where we pray for a loved one or a friend and 25-30 years later they accept Christ or even as soon as a week.  We simply don’t know God’s timing.  Whatever it is, and God is in it, I guarantee it will be for the furtherance of the gospel of Jesus Christ.  That, my friend is your key.  We may get frustrated in waiting on God’s answers in our lives be we need never get weary of His calling.  Patience is a virtue, and patience only comes through trials and tribulations.  Frustrations come when Satan shows up.  Dismiss him (Jude 9).

Hey men, we’re in this for the long haul.  Our life here is short.  Eternity is…………..FOREVER!!!!!!!!!

Prayer:  Dear Lord Jesus, Give me the patience and the endurance to follow through on what the Father calls me to do.  In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

May God richly bless us as we continue seek His will, and His way, through His Word.

Have a GREAT Day!!!

In Christ,
